Your appointments are very important to me and reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments are necessary. My goal is to provide exceptional service in a timely manner, while respecting the time of all my clients. Please review my policies below: Cancellation & Rescheduling •I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. •Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s). •No-shows (failure to show up without notice) will be charged 100% of the service total. Late Arrivals •If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to adjust your service to avoid running into the next client’s appointment. •If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show, resulting in a 100% charge. Same-Day Booking & Cancellations •Same-day bookings are final and cannot be canceled without incurring a 100% charge, as the time was specifically held for you on short notice. How to Cancel/Reschedule •You can cancel or reschedule your appointment directly through my booking system or by contacting me via text or phone at (949) 209-7257 •Cancellations via social media DM are not accepted. Respecting Each Other’s Time As a solo provider, my time is reserved exclusively for you during your appointment. Last-minute cancellations directly impact my small business. Your understanding and cooperation help me continue to provide the best service possible.
